We aim to help people to cycle and travel sustainably, benefiting health and wellbeing, by offering cycle related advice, activities, training and minor repairs. We also campaign for improved cycling and walking infrastructure.
We recycle bicycles that would go to landfill and sell, or gift them, once refurbished. We have put over 200 bikes back into service saving approx 2 .5 tonnes of materials from going to landfill. During lockdown we provided free bikes to key workers and free repairs.
We are a Cycling Scotland silver award winner for Cycling Communities, and a Cycling UK affiliated group.
We offer cycle rides with trained leaders and have run courses with youth groups on sustainability and cycling.
