The Pink Frog employability program is an initiative aimed at promoting job readiness among individuals, aged 16 to 64, who aspire to embark on a career path. We believe that everyone has the potential to reach their goals, and our program seeks to provide a platform that enables them to unlock their potential and realise their full potential.

The objective of The Pink Frog employability program is to equip individuals with the necessary skills and tools needed to succeed in the current job market. Our program focuses on providing job readiness training, resume writing, mentorship, and job placement opportunities to participants to improve their employability prospects.

The program components

Job Readiness Training

Our job readiness training will cover essential skill sets that employers are looking for in prospective employees, such as communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Resume Writing & Review 

We will provide one-on-one coaching sessions to help participants write and review their resumes to ensure that their skills and experiences are adequately highlighted.

Mentorship

Our mentorship program will provide participants with a hands-on opportunity working as part of an award-winning team in specific areas such as customer service, admin, warehousing and logistics, giving the opportunity to interact with employees in their respective fields who will offer guidance and support.

Job Placement

We will connect participants with potential employers, creating job opportunities for them.

The Pink Frog runs 5 days a week, during which participants will engage in weekly training sessions and coaching sessions. Participants can attend half day or full day sessions.
